Grilled Blue Cheese Stuffed Vidalia Onions

 4 Medium Vidalia OnionsPeeled with tops removed
 4 Roasted Garlic Cloves
 ¼ cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
 4 tbsp Butter
 Worcestershireto taste
 Salt and Pepperto taste
 Hot Sauceto taste

Preheat grill to 350 degrees

Remove the center from the onions with spoon or melon baller to make a 1 1/2" cavity

Season inside of cavity with salt and pepper

Put 1 roasted garlic clove and 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of blue cheese in onion cavity

Drizzle a few dashes of Worcestershire and Hot Sauce over cheese

Wrap each onion in heavy duty aluminum foil, gathering foil on top, forming a pouch.

Grill over indirect heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until onion is soft.
