Guacamole

Best to make this a few hours before serving to let flavors meld.

Yields1 Serving
 3 Avacados
 2 Limes
 1 Jalapenoseeded and roughly chopped
 ¼ Oniondiced
 3 Garlic clovesrough chopped
 ½ Bunch Cilantrowashed, stems removed
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 ½ tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
 1 tbsp Honey
 1 tsp Ground Coriander
 ½ tsp Cumin
 1 tsp Saltor to taste
 1 tsp Pepperor to taste

Put limes in microwave for 15 seconds then juice.

Dice avocado and put in separate boil, mash roughly with potato masher.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and pulse to combine everything.

Add puree to bowl of avocados and mix together to combine.

Place some Sara Wrap directly on top of guacamole to keep it from browning, Place in fridge to let it chill.
